The Road

Fill yourself with courage and strength

For you are the voyagers that journey from afar.

Distant stars and worlds settled in ages of light

We come to share in another’s struggling feat

With an energy and faith beyond what we recall of our own

And as such we assist in a birth to what is for some of us unknown

As we pass beyond the worry and the strife

We give new meaning to faith and that of life

Rising above and beyond what is shown and known

Returns us to a place where we know we once belonged

Gather those who share and even those who do not

For the more that gather the greater the pose

Replace the fear with joy and lightness of Heart

For as Spring always returns to us with new life and freedom

Hearts that create higher forms of life in the here and now

Know what their sharing brings about

This is the reason why we have traveled so far from home.
